Delivery & Returns

UK delivery charges:

Delivery is charged by the combined weight or dimensions of the products ordered. You can get an estimate of the delivery charge for your order in the Shopping Cart.

When estimating deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands (including AB31-AB54, Angus, Argyll & Bute), Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, or Scilly Isles, please select the appropriate destination in the 'Country' drop down menu. The default area will be 'United Kingdom (Mainland)' but the drop down menu will show alternatives for non-mainland areas, e.g. United Kingdom (Northern Ireland). Prices for these areas may differ from Mainland UK.  Please see tables and Postcode exceptions below.

We aim to deliver your order within 1-5 working days of receipt of payment (UK only) and will dispatch on the same/next working day where possible.  Delivery dates are an estimate and the Seller will not be held responsible for delays in delivery by the carrier.  If for any reason we are unable to deliver any part of your order within the given timescale, we will contact you via email or telephone and give you the option to cancel the order, or part thereof, without penalty.

We will inform you of your order status, from confirmation of order through to dispatch, via e-mail.

Carriers may require a signature upon delivery so please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to accept and sign for the goods.  Failure to do so may incur further delivery or storage charges.

Any goods which have obvious signs of external damage must be signed for as 'damaged' upon receipt.  The Seller must be notified of claims for damaged goods within 3 days of receipt by the Buyer.  This should be via a durable medium, such as fax, e-mail or writing.

Lost in transit goods must be notified via durable media, such as fax, e-mail or writing, within 14 days of order, after which time the goods will be deemed to have been delivered.

3-5 Working Days Economy UK Delivery:

For delivery to any UK and Northern Ireland address. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day whenever possible. Orders will normally be sent via Royal Mail Second Class delivery service. Orders with a value of more than £40.00 will require a signature upon delivery. The estimated delivery scale for this service is 3-5 working days. All orders over 1kg in weight will be sent by Courier (see Express delivery option below).

For delivery to any UK and Northern Ireland address. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day whenever possible. Orders will normally be sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery service. Orders with a value of more than £40.00 will require a signature upon delivery. The estimated delivery scale for this service is 1-3 working days. All orders over 1kg in weight will be sent by Courier (see Tracked Courier delivery option below).

Tracked Courier Delivery:

Within Mainland UK orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery by Courier within 24-48 hours. Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland are a 2-day service. *Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. 

Next day Service:

Our quickest standard service. Within Mainland UK orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery by Courier the next working day. *Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery outside of the UK

Please be aware that orders placed through our website for delivery outside the UK are VAT exempt. Your order will ship duty unpaid and once your parcel has cleared customs you will be contacted by the courier for tax payment on the purchase at the destination rate. In placing your order you confirm that you accept these conditions of sale. We are unable to refund in any way orders where the Customer has refused to pay duty on their purchase. 

 

Returns Policy and Information


You may cancel your order at any time provided that you notify us no longer than 21 working days after the day on which you receive the Goods by either
emailing sales@allaristonspares.co.uk or telephoning 01443 218712.

You may return Goods within 21 days from the date of delivery provided that the following conditions are satisfied:
(a) Returns will only be accepted if you have taken reasonable care of the Goods, the sealed packaging containing the Parts is unopened and all items are unused;
(b) You return all the original packaging and return labels are not adhered directly to this packaging
(c) You include a copy of your order details (including customer name, address, Order ID/Invoice number and state your reason for returning the items)

If you have received the Goods before you cancel your order you must send the Goods back to the address supplied by us at your own cost and risk. You should obtain proof of postage with adequate insurance in place for loss/damage in transit as we are not responsible for returned Goods until they have been delivered to us. Outward delivery charges are not refundable.

The Seller cannot offer refunds or accept returns on the following (unless they are faulty):
(a) Special Order Goods;
(b) if sealed packages have been opened on sensitive electronic goods (eg boiler printed circuit boards);and (c) Goods that have been fitted;

Where Goods are deemed not re-saleable due to opened/missing packaging or signs of use, or are returned after the 21 day cancellation period, the Seller has the right to refuse the return or - at the Seller's discretion - impose a re-stocking charge of up to 20%. Where returns are refused, we will notify you that the Goods are available for re-collection or re-delivery for which you shall be liable for any reasonable delivery charges incurred. 

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. In respect of faulty electronic goods (including PCBs), these are exempt from refund - an exchange will be offered if a fault is confirmed upon return. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange. Notification of any defect must be made within a reasonable time. Refund will not be offered where notification of defects is received more than six months after receipt of Goods. In such circumstances exchange will be offered once returned Goods have been inspected and fault/defect confirmed. 

If your return is agreed within the conditions outlined above, we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days of receipt of the Goods. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us.
We will refund any money due to you via the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your card statement.
